ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and best practices.
- Define and implement ServiceNow platform governance, development standards, and automation strategies.
- Drive integration strategies with enterprise applications, cloud services, and third-party tools.
- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices, including performance optimization and security.
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and testers, to ensure successful ServiceNow deployments.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related initiatives, engaging with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Guide and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Development & Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, ServiceNow APIs, and integrations.
- Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party tools.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud computing, networking, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Experience with ServiceNow instance health checks, security best practices, and upgrade strategies.
Project & Process Management
- Project Management: Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- ITIL & Process Frameworks: Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM best practices, and enterprise service management frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for executives and non-technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and optimize workflows
