Description

Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platforms. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platforms intended to enhance high quality, speed and repeatability of delivery of enterprise IT systems using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework tools and ServiceNow technology. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: Master’s degree in Computers/IT/ Engineering (Any)/ Math/ Science/Business or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or a very closely related area. Employer also accepts Bachelor’s degree in Computers/ IT/ Engineering (Any)/Math/Science/Business or closely related Software or IT field plus five years of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience of at least six (6) months using ServiceNow is required. Travel and/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites Throughout USA is required
