ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow configurations to support business processes and IT operations. This role will require strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Configuration and Customization: Design and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom business applications using ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. ServiceNow Administration: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Configure and manage ServiceNow security settings. Perform regular backups and maintenance tasks. ServiceNow Development: Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications. Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs. ServiceNow Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues. ServiceNow Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards. Participate in ServiceNow community forums and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with the IT team to implement ServiceNow best practices. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its features. Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python). Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integrations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
