Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow, focusing on SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules.
  • Manage SAMPro Maturation, ensuring efficient management and usage of the application.
  • Oversee the SAMPro Workspace for streamlined operations and enhanced user experience.
  • Implement and configure HAMPro to optimize hardware asset management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Work with Service Portal for efficient user interface and experience in ITSM.
  • Provide expertise in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Senior Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
  • Strong background in implementing integrations and managing Service Portal.
  • Experience with SAMPro Maturation and Workspace management.
