Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure ServiceNow, focusing on SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules.
- Manage SAMPro Maturation, ensuring efficient management and usage of the application.
- Oversee the SAMPro Workspace for streamlined operations and enhanced user experience.
- Implement and configure HAMPro to optimize hardware asset management.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Work with Service Portal for efficient user interface and experience in ITSM.
- Provide expertise in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.
Experience Requirement:
- 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Senior Developer.
- Hands-on experience with SAMPro, HAMPro, and CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
- Strong background in implementing integrations and managing Service Portal.
- Experience with SAMPro Maturation and Workspace management.
Education: Any Graduation
