Are you an experienced ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to manage, maintain, and optimize our ServiceNow platform while ensuring seamless operations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration: Monitor system health, compliance, and daily operations.
Support & Maintenance: Handle application upgrades, security patches, and performance optimization.
Development & Configuration: Customize UI policies, scripts, workflows, and automation processes.
CMDB Management: Maintain database integrity using Discovery or equivalent methods.
Scripting & Integrations: Work with JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting for customizations.
Collaboration & Training: Partner with teams to enhance functionality and train end-users.
Data Management: Ensure accurate data transfer and integration between ServiceNow and other systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory)
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, scripting, CMDB, and automation
Ability to work in global teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
