Qualification Requirements

  1. Minimum Experience.
    1. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience configuring, designing, and developing in the ServiceNow Platform.
    2. Experience with data extractions and conversions.
    3. Knowledge of State and Federal laws applicable to the implementation of an information technology solution.
    4. Development experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML, Json, and SQL.
    5. Experience integrating with Microsoft.
    6. Experience integrating with a third-party system.
    7. Knowledge in using Discovery to populate the CMDB, implementing Service Mapping for business service visualization
    8. Knowledge of CSM
    9. Strong    verbal    and    written               communication               skills                     and experience communicating with multiple levels of Department staff, from leadership (e.g., Project Director) to technical and functional staff, as well as with external stakeholders.
    10. ServiceNow Certifications:
      1. Certified System Administrator (CSA),
      2. Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    11. Knowledge of industry and State information technology requirements.
    12. Experience with Project Management
    13. Knowledge of State procurement and contract monitoring requirements

Preferred Experience

  1. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience configuring, designing, and developing in the ServiceNow Platform
  2. ServiceNow Certifications:
    1. Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS- ITSM)
    2. Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
  3. Experience with data extractions and conversions
  4. Experience Performance Tunning
  5. Experience with Data Security
  6. Experience configuring custom email templates
  7. Experience implementing security policies using ACLs (Access Control Lists), roles, groups, and authentication mechanism
