Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Now - Staff Engineer located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. The role includes managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Service Now platform and related integrations. The engineer will also be responsible for providing technical support for end-users and customers, conducting field service, and performing maintenance and repair activities. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with communicating effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 7+ yrs experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification
- Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST)
- Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations.
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management and automating business processes.
- Supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent chat across the organization.
- Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out of the box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript and GlideAjax.
- Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
- Custom app development on ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating requirements for IT and business needs.
