Description


Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience with relevant experience of 4 years in IT architecture
In-depth understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
Ability Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts
Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Webservices
Working knowledge of Mid-Server Configuration to facilitate REST calls CMDB configuration and integration
Proven experience in custom application development along with client Side and server-side scripting along with flow designer
Expertise in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions and catalog
In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytics Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Preferred knowledge of CMDB and Domain Separation
Servicenow Admin Certification / Servicenow Implementation Certification preferred
