Description

Job Title: Service NOW Developer Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Scripting: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts. Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain workflows including approvals, notifications, and escalations. Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, user guides, and release notes. Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and incidents. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Skills: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or other relevant certifications are preferred
