Description

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers with 5+ years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and work on enterprise-level implementations and enhancements.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
  • Work on configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules such as:
  • ITOM (IT Operations Management)
  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
  • HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
  • SecOps (Security Operations)
  • ITAM (IT Asset Management)
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via APIs, REST/SOAP, and third-party tools.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations.
  • Work in Agile teams and support sprint-based development cycles.


 

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least two or more of the following: ITOM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, SecOps, ITAM
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
  • Experience in working with international clients and cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and CMDB configurations
