Required Skills & Experience

  • API - 2 to 4 Years experience.
  • Rest API - 2 to 4 Years experience .
  • ServiceNOW - 4 to 6 Years experience.
  • ServiceNow Development - 4 to 6 Years experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher.
  • 3-5 year's experience in Agile/Scrum.
  • 3-5 years experience on Service Now - Business rules and Scripting and application development.
  • 2-3 years experience on Integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.)
  • 2years experience on Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process.
  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency on Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB and other SN modules.
  • Experience on APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia or other orchestration and interface tools is preferred.
  • SN CSA Certified
