Service Now configuration Manager
ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM
ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
data integrity
ServiceNow development and configuration
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one other module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD).
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), configuration, and administration.
Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO)
ITIL Foundation
Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
