Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one other module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD). |
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), configuration, and administration. |
Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies |
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable |
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO) |
ITIL Foundation |
Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) |
