Job Description

CMDB management, with a focus on discovery processes for on-premises infrastructure and integration with other interfaces.
This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize configuration management and drive automation through ServiceNow Discovery.

Roles Responsibilities:

·         Hands on experience in implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping

·         Good knowledge of Networking Infrastructure and Cloud Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes

·         Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITOM modular platform 

·         Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment automated data population

·         Document every development configuration and technical details prepare training material

·         Certifications

·         ServiceNow Administration certification

·         ServiceNow Discovery Implementation Specialist Certification various tracks
