Identify and evaluate business processes, workflows, and roadmaps

Create and maintain data-driven reports to support business decision-making

Lead cross-functional collaboration and communications with business stakeholders

Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Looking specifically for a ServiceNow Business Analyst that has deep business and technical understanding of ServiceNow's products, specifically: Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM, previously VRM), and Vulnerability Response (VR), as bonus.
