Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analyze user roles and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of role and persona management initiatives.
  • Assist in defining and managing personas to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
  • Document processes, requirements, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Provide support in governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management.

 

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on role and persona management.
  • Proven experience in conducting role analysis and defining role requirements.
  • Strong understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
