Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.

- Support the development and implementation of role and persona management initiatives.
- Assist in defining and managing personas to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
- Document processes, requirements, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Provide support in governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on role and persona management.
- Proven experience in conducting role analysis and defining role requirements.
- Strong understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
