Service Now Architect

You Are:

The ServiceNow Architect will serve as the technical authority across the ServiceNow platform, driving end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of solutions spanning multiple modules. This role demands deep platform expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to enable enterprise transformation through automation, governance, and data-driven insights.

The Opportunity:

·       Architect and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, APM, EA, GRC, HRSD, SecOps, and more.

·       Define platform strategy, governance, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

·       Lead CMDB design and maintenance using CSDM framework to support cross-module data integrity.

·       Design and implement workflows, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom APIs.

·       Oversee platform upgrades, release management, and adoption of new features.

·       Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

·       Ensure platform security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.

·       Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles

What You Need:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-GRC, CIS-APM, CIS-HR, CIS-SecOps (as applicable).

·       7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

·       Proven track record of multi-module implementations and platform optimization.

·       Strong understanding of ITIL, risk frameworks, enterprise architecture, and service management principles.

·       Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, XML, and web technologies. Soft Skills
