Key responsibilities:
• Support digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform
• Responsible for the overall design, architecture and all technical aspects of a system
• Technical management of the programming team, code reviews and quality controls
• Creation of system architecture and implementation plans
• Manage the technical aspects and ensure a detailed strategy for moving into production
• Advise on technical strategies, policies and procedures
• Leveraging best practices and insights from across the TCS CoE
Key Skills and Knowledge:
• University degree in business administration or another field of study
• More than 10 years of experience with solutions and transformation for European customers - industry experience preferably in the areas of manufacturing, life sciences, transport, services
• Understanding of the latest business trends and challenges in the industry
• Technology experience to understand technology trends and their impact on customers' business models.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• B1 minimum German and English skills
• Willing to Travel
