Creates the Service Strategy and a plan to deliver on the Strategy to transform the business from the ‘as-is” structure to the “to-be” structure
Addresses the organization’s executive including ADMs and Executive Directors; is a compelling and persuasive presenter
Demonstrates the highest level of experience, knowledge and skills in all areas of Design Research, Information Architecture, Content Development, Prototyping and Strategic Planning
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in relevant specializations of Service Design, Design for Health, Inclusive Design or Systems and Design Thinking .
5+ years designing complex service design systems for multiple touch points projects.
Skilled with structuring and visualizing journey maps, service ideation and concept specification
Expertise with facilitating workshops, community engagement, executive presentations and co-design sessions.
Strong portfolio highlighting service design implementation, design research, strategic approaches and systems thinking.
Excellent understanding of audiences, and the impact of technology on user journeys.
Thorough understanding of cultural safety and designing for inclusiveness and accessibility.
Knowledge of BC healthcare systems an asset
