Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role in the execution of IT projects and company-wide technology initiatives, often in collaboration with other departments or business units.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of IT teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Assist in the implementation and promotion of IT policies, best practices, and compliance with company-wide standards.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by participating in activities such as reviewing firewall logs, monitoring for excessive bandwidth usage, and fostering security awareness through training and communications.
  • Play a key role in managing resources, setting goals, and reporting progress on ongoing IT projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving escalated technical issues and ensuring continuous improvement in service operations.
  • Contribute to business continuity planning and risk mitigation by aligning IT services with organizational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a solid background in managing IT services and leading technology-driven initiatives across business units or enterprise-wide.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and service management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to implement IT policies, support compliance measures, and promote information security awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing service-related issues.
