Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions across diverse technologies such as Microservices, COTS products, Legacy Modernization, ECM, BPM, Workflow Automation, Portals, Mobile Applications, Cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops to drive architectural decisions and consensus.
- Develop architectural frameworks, reference models, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical leadership during the full software development lifecycle, including reviews, governance, and deployment support.
- Ensure all architectural solutions are aligned with compliance, regulatory, and data governance standards.
- Offer consultancy and advisory support across complex integration and transformation projects.
- Stay up to date with technology trends and provide recommendations for adopting emerging technologies.
Experience Requirement:
- 8-14 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and architecture initiatives.
- Experience working in diverse technology environments with varying levels of IT maturity.
- Proven track record of delivering business value through modern IT architecture practices.
- Hands-on experience with platform modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation strategies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management, business heads, and technical leads.
