Senior/SME Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to maintain code quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior/SME Web Developer with 6-9 years of hands-on development experience.
• Proficient in React JS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
