Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain long-term, effective partnerships with Tier1, SI and Direct Customers from Private and Public Sector, to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends, and future needs.
Establish relationships with client stakeholders to best understand their roles in the staffing, contract, and billing processes and identify the key decision-makers to plan sales approach.
Document and maintain client contact information, situation, and activity to re-engage interest with each call-in order to increase the efficiency of the staffing cycle.
Negotiate client contract agreements including rates and terms to balance client’s needs with service options that support gross profit expectations and growth.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job debriefing to offer management, ensuring every step is in alignment with the organization standards while working closely with the recruitment delivery team throughout the process.
Review proposed provider candidates (presentation) and highlight what qualifies them as the appropriate fit using selling points and professional profiles to create an intent to interview.
Escalate client issues internally as appropriate to leadership by owning resolution on behalf of the client to maintain reputation and relationships.
Make outbound follow up to prospects and existing customers via telephone, and email.
Coordinate with the Credentialing Department to conduct extensive background and reference checks.
Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Act as primary liaison and adviser to both the candidate and client throughout the interview and recruitment process.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services.
Identifies new job order opportunities through client contacts and consultants via candidate marketing and relationship building.


Required:

Candidate must have 5-8 Years of experience working as a BDM into US IT Staffing with Tier1, SI and Direct Customers from Private and Public Sector.
Candidate must have well US IT recruitment knowledge and ability to screen the IT candidates.
Candidate must have strong communications skills, negotiation skills and marketing skills.
Candidate must have good Information Technology knowledge and should come from Technical education background.
Must be able to build relationship with the clients and drive placements, productivity and revenue targets.
Must have a deep understanding of US IT Recruitment lifecycle.
Must have deep understanding of US work authorizations, and tax terms.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Must be confident, Self-motivated with go- getter attitude.
A candidate who can commit a good number of closures in a given time of span.
Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and Tier1 partners at all levels, as well as key decision maker.
Actively help recruiters to make sure they understand the requirements and can fill the job orders.
Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.
