Senior Workday Analyst

Position Summary:

The Senior Workday Analyst plays a key role in the Accounting department by ensuring the integrity and efficient operation of the Workday system. This role is responsible for configuration, support, troubleshooting, reporting, analytics, training and serves as the point of contact and system subject matter expert.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Deep Knowledge of FDM, Revenue Management, A/R, A/P, Cash Application, Projects, Contracts, Suppliers, Invoices
2. Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline accounting operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity
3. Support management of Workday configuration, security administration, data audits and corrections, system updates
4. Executes system enhancements, including new functionality roll outs and modifications of existing functionality and coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation, and post implementation support
5. Troubleshoot issues, resolve complex system problems, and develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations
6. Ability to perform data loads, understand system integrations, able to define business requirements into Workday structures
7. Develop and maintain training documentation
8. Other duties assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Workday
