Senior WebLogic Developer

Develop, maintain, and optimize software for OS, networked systems, and databases.

Create platform architecture, fine-tune final programs, and troubleshoot critical issues.

Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from analysis to deployment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) + High School diploma.

Experience: 8+ years in software development/system engineering.

Core Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and time management skills.

Technical Skills (Required):

WebLogic (MUST HAVE)

SQL & Oracle DB

DevOps tools/processes

Agile methodology

SDLC expertise: requirements → development → testing → delivery

Preferred / Nice-to-Haves:

ServiceNow & Dynatrace familiarity (can be learned on the job)

SQL & database performance tuning

API development and integration

Java / J2EE development

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering to define specifications, performance needs, and integration points.

Maintain and enhance software systems; resolve technical issues.

Develop, test, and validate software solutions.

Provide project updates, documentation, and technical guidance
