Senior UX Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce UI technologies to design intuitive, user-centric solutions for our enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma, wireframing, information workflow architecture, and business process mapping to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype UI/UX solutions with Figma and other design tools.
• Develop scalable user interfaces leveraging Salesforce UI technologies (e.g., LWC, Aura).
• Map and optimize complex business processes into intuitive workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX design with product and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across platforms.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of UX engineering experience, including Salesforce UI.
• Proficiency in Figma and wireframing tools.
• Strong grasp of information architecture and workflow design.
• Experience in business process mapping and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of web accessiSalesforce bility and responsive design principles.
