Senior UX Designer

The client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team. They require someone experienced and creative with a passion for digital products and human-centric design. The project focuses on driving transformative UX solutions for clients, particularly in B2B digital transformation or complex applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or closely related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of UX design expertise, preferably with experience in B2B digital transformation or complex applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic UX thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional project execution.
• High proficiency in Figma and expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand and fulfill client needs while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and championing iterative design cycles.
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to connect user insights to overall business goals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree or specialized certifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
