Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires six years of experience in Product Design or UX Design. Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and facilitation, as well as proficiency in design tools. A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
Demonstrated experience in applying best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.
Proficiency in designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
Demonstrated experience leading UX execution for large-scale, complex projects.
Ability to translate business objectives and research findings into high-impact, user-centered solutions.
Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery. They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
