Description

Key Responsibilities
Support and lead UX design initiatives for the Proforma platform, focusing on user interaction and workflow optimization.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create personas, journey maps, and process flows to inform design decisions and align with business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and finance teams to ensure user needs are prioritized throughout the design lifecycle.
Translate complex financial processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance user journeys and system efficiency.
Manage UX-related tasks and timelines using Jira, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design standards and best practices.
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and documentation that guide development and implementation.
 

Qualifications
5+ years of UX design experience.
Strong background in UX research, interaction design, and process mapping.
Experience managing design projects and workflows using Jira or similar tools.
Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Visio).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
