  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore.
  • As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by crafting exceptional user experiences for our enterprise customers, with a particular focus on streamlining and enhancing developer workflows.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the design of complex enterprise products and features, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by enterprise environments.
  • This includes conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their workflows within enterprise environments, especially the needs and workflows of developers.
  • Translate complex data and workflows into Clientive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Your expertise in information visualization will be key in this role.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best possible user experience.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across our products.
  • Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software and a proven track record of designing Clientive and efficient developer workflows.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design complex user interfaces, specifically within the context of enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research with enterprise users and developers, and translating insights into design solutions.
  • Expertise in information visualization and data-driven design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of design systems and their application.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • A passion for creating user-centered designs that solve real-world problems.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience designing for accessibility.
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
