Description

  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and design leadership. 
  • Work with design representatives across various lines of business to produce strategy of experience concepts to final solution. 
  • Help conduct user research and usability testing to understand AI-driven enterprise needs. 
  • Create AI interactions that augment human decision-making.  
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and create interactive prototypes.  
  • Balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs for effective solutions.  

 

  • Define AI Ethics & Explainability: 

 

  • Ensure AI experiences are transparent, consistent, ethical, and trustworthy. 
  • Develop intuitive explanations and guidelines for AI recommendations and predictions.  
  • Advocate for human control and transparency over AI automation.  
     
  • Innovate & Inspire: 
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI+UX trends and share knowledge proactively. 
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and user-centred design.  
     

What You Bring: 
 

  • 7+ years in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.  
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts—machine learning, conversational experiences, and predictive analytics. 
  • Hands-on experience having worked on AI-powered UX, enterprise software, or complex systems design.  
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.  
  • Skills in creating wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.  
  • Experience building scalable design systems.  
  • Long-term and short-term strategic thinking.  
  • Effective communication of design decisions using storytelling and data.  
  • Passion for mentoring and contributing to a strong design culture
