Senior UI/UX Designer

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years’ experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.

Other requirements: 

·        Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. 
·        Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. 
·        Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage. 
·        Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process. 
·        Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
·        Ability to manage a team, work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. 
·        Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
