This is a brand new web/mobile application where customers will be able to update their contact information and preferences in real time from anywhere.
Customers will be able to add/update/remove phone numbers, addresses, emails, marketing preferences, etc.
Customer info will be loaded via different sources – credit card applications, mortgage applications, etc.
This team supports the operations for new customer onboarding as well as existing customers
Day to Day responsibilities:
Creation of new micro apps/micro UIs
Perform unit testing using JUnit
Coordinate with Product teams, QA teams, and stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure all deliverables are on time
Participate in scrum/agile process – stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
Will be working with offshore teams
