Description

Responsibilities
Twilio developer (Studio, TaskRouter, Flex, Functions, Twilio CLI and APIs) - Specifically familiar with Twilio Voice channel for phase 1
React and NodeJS
AWS Services - Primarily Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cloudwatch - (others such as SQS will be a nice to have)
Experience with writing automated unit tests
DevOps and CI/CD
AWS Cloudformation 
Gitlab or Github as version control
Azure or CircleCI for setting up CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with web authorization and authentication protocols
Familiarity with Zendesk and/or Salesforce is a bonus

Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
