Description

Develop and implement robust testing strategies
Lead and mentor a team of skilled test engineers
Collaborate across teams to define testing approaches
Manage distributed teams and coordinate multi-project testing
Ensure quality through performance testing, risk mitigation & continuous improvement
Utilize tools like Selenium, JIRA, Confluence, Loadrunner, Postman, xRay and more

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) in CS/IT
10+ years in software testing, 5+ in leadership roles
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, testing methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Toolset and creating detailed reporting on testing progress
