Senior Test Lead

Job Description

·       The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java.

·       The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects

·       Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones

·       Utilize testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency

·       Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities

·       Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process

·       Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Skill Requirements

·       Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (EMB), selenium, java

·       Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java

·       Hands on experience with EMB (Electronic Measurement Bulletin) for testing purposes

·       Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team

·       Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals

·       Certifications: Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus

Additional requirement:

·       Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Cypress for web applications.

·       Create and execute automated tests for functional, regression, and end to end scenarios.

·       Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery CICD pipelines.

·       Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies, identify automation opportunities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

·       Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve identified issues.

·       Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks.
