Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define key selection criteria.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and ensure alignment with hiring needs.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical IT roles.

4. Screening and Assessment:

• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule technical and panel interviews.

5. Background Checks and Compliance:

• Manage and coordinate pre-employment background checks, including reference verification, education validation, and criminal record checks.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.

6. Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Communicate feedback and updates promptly to candidates.

7. Onboarding Support:

• Work with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.

• Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Experience in managing background checks and pre-employment screenings.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
