Senior Technical Product Manager

Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that our products meet market needs and customer expectations. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create and execute the product vision and strategy. A solid understanding of HR Tech is preferred, as you will be expected to drive growth in this domain while applying agile methodologies to deliver products that make a real impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 5 years in a senior role (preferably within the HR Tech domain).

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch.

Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Aglei teams.

Exceptional skills in requirement gathering, user story writing, and prioritization.

Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Strong problem-solving skills, data modeling, and experience with A/B testing.

Knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies and market research techniques.

Experience with API integrations and a strong technical aptitude.

Strong product analytics skills, using data to inform decisions and optimize products.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Previous experience or deep interest in HR Tech products and solutions is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
