Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional technical team (engineers and testers)
  • Collaborate with ANZ Architecture, PMO, and QA teams to represent progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Ensure the implementation of Policy Management System configurations and eCommerce adaptations aligns with centrally defined specs.
  • Guide the team in best practices for code quality, testing, and deployments.
  • Support integration into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Promote a strong delivery culture and continuous improvement mindset within the team


 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Java and Spring Boot background
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for Continuous Integration/Deployment
  • Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AWS environments and deployment patterns
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Proficient in version control using GIT
