  • Senior Technical Engineer. Multiple openings..
  • Use systems and Information to help organizations to solve organizations problems building enterprise systems.
  • Set up organization systems policies, security policies and azure directory policies. Provide analysis and design of the system
  • Identify requirements and fit-gap analysis.
  • Manage data across multiple systems using standard data management frameworks.
  • Provide primary support for Microsoft Dynamics environment to include system backup, maintenance, patch updates, error logs, and release management. Work with D365 to optimize its use. .
  • Provide operational, tactical, strategical sys admin/PM/SME for D365. Automate in D365.
  • Provide field support by answering questions or handling helpdesk tickets/escalations. Manage and maintain user permissions, security roles, and security teams. .
  • Manage system requests, assess the viability, and collaborate with IT resources to determine solutions.
  • Administer configuration changes and execute tests to assure changes will not have an impact on the production system.
  • Assist with modifying and maintaining system customizations to dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, and dialogs, templates, lead nurtures and email. .
  • Send reports, fields, and forms and other customizations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend solutions to enhance.
  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, X++, Power Apps, Power BI, Dot Net, C#, HTML, MS SQL. 40 hrs/wk.
  • Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) and 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as ERP Technical Consultant, or related occupation). Must have 1 year experience providing operational, tactical, strategical sys admin/PM/SME for D365; .
  • Automating in D365; Working with Microsoft Dynamics environment, including system backup, maintenance, patch updates, error logs, and release management;
  • Administering configuration changes and executing tests; .
  • Modifying and maintaining system customizations to dashboards, views, business processes, workflows, and dialogs
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
