Key Responsibility

ServiceNow Service Portal development experience (themes, pages, widgets, custom)

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

Web frameworks such as React and AngularJS.

ServiceNow experience including scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment.

Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, including custom UI pages

UIB (UI Builder - Layout & Visualization) - Is a "nice to have", but not primary skillset focus.

Hands on development & unit testing.

UAT & Bug Fixes

Documentation & Deployment Support

Logistics

Experienced in AI and large catalogs
