Senior Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

· Lead all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on sophisticated development.

· Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.

· Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.

· Fulfill Project ́s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.

· Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow standard processes.

· Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on work you're doing to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise and standard processes in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.

· Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.

· Lead, educate, and mentor colleagues who are assigned to their projects.

· Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.

· Act as the final point of contact for technical decision-making within a project.

· Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process

Required Experience and Certifications

· Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with proven experience in technical consulting roles

· Post-graduate in Software related topics is desired

· 3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

· Experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM

· Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferred

· +3 years in General Consulting, Service Management, Software Development

· +3 years of platform configuration experience

· JavaScript, html, CSS and JavaScript frameworks, Integrations
