Senior Tableau Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Tableau Developer to transform complex data into clear, visually compelling insights that drive impactful, data-driven decisions. This role requires extensive experience with Tableau (including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online), along with a strong understanding of Salesforce integration and cloud data warehousing tools like Snowflake. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, create reports, develop dashboards, and support end-users with training and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and reporting.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and offer actionable insights.
• Research and recommend innovative BI and visualization solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
• Assess predictive analytics models to provide insights into future scenarios and inform strategic decisions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards and reports.
• Conduct training sessions to empower end-users to effectively leverage BI tools and dashboards.
• Continuously refine and adjust BI strategy to meet changing project needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical education and experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and exposure to Tableau Online.
• Proven experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce and working with cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake.
• Strong software development skills, including a solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
