Senior Tableau Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, Snowflake, advanced SQL, and DBT. This role involves creating high-impact dashboards and data models that enable data-driven decisions and support business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced, interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions.

Build robust and optimized SQL queries to retrieve and analyze large datasets.

Work extensively with Snowflake as a data source to build scalable and efficient BI solutions.

Use DBT to manage data transformations and create reusable, maintainable data models.

Ensure data quality, performance, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of BI solutions.

Document dashboards, data models, and processes to ensure team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:
✅ 7+ years of experience in BI development and analytics
✅ Expertise in Tableau dashboarding and data storytelling
✅ Strong command over SQL, with experience in writing complex and optimized queries
✅ Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse
✅ Proven use of DBT (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformations
✅ Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data environments
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup and collaborate across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
Tableau Certification (Desktop Specialist or Professional)

Experience with Git and version control tools

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
