Senior Tableau Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 8 - 12 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in delivering advanced business intelligence and data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, a strong understanding of data analytics, and a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers. This role involves collaborating with clients, analyzing their business requirements, and designing and implementing Tableau dashboards and reports to optimize their data strategy.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize business data and support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Tableau solutions.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation to provide insights and recommendations.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Tableau to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Ensure best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and user experience.
Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot issues related to data, reports, and visualizations.
Lead and participate in client meetings, providing technical guidance and solutions.
Train and mentor junior team members and clients on Tableau best practices.
Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, techniques, and trends in data analytics.

8 - 12 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐩, 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐈
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐐𝐋 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬.
Excellent data modeling and data analytics skills.
Experience with data integration, and working with diverse data sources (SQL databases).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead projects and work in a collaborative environment.
Tableau certification is a plus
