Description

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for USA and Canada, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
  • Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and automation in accordance with country-specific tax and labor laws.
  • Provide input into system fit/gap analysis and design decisions
  • Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflows
  • Work on cross-functional testing, including integration between SAP and third-party applications.
  • Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing) ,conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.
  • Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP ECP.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP ECP and system analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.


Job Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
  • Must have experience with multiple USA & Canada payroll implementations; experience in other countries is an added advantage.
  • SAP ECP Certification is preferred.
  • Experience in payroll integrations with third-party vendors such as WFS (Work Force Software), Benefits, and Taxation Systems.
  • Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
  • Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
