Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.
• Provide technical consultancy, expertise, and advice on matters of solution feasibility, application design, and integration.
• Understand business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.
• Work with partners to define technical strategies that will drive business effectiveness and improve business offerings.
• Assist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technical know-how and expertise.
• Prioritise projects and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Manage vendors / partners to ensure that they meet project milestone / timeline.
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field of study with at least 5 years of systems analysis and design or related experience in providing end to end solution design.
• Strong background in telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge in areas of mobile networks, CRM (e.g., Compax, SalesForce, Cloudsense) and Billing (e.g, Matrixx).
• Knowledge in Outsystems and agile methodology is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Frontend development technologies (e.g, Flutter, Vue.js) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
