Senior Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee system integration, hardware/software installation, and configuration of servers and workstations.
• Provide advanced problem resolution, root cause analysis, and technical support for delivery systems.
• Participate in the design, validation, and configuration management of computing systems.
• Plan and coordinate system changes and upgrades.
• Administer user access and implement safeguards to meet stringent security requirements.
• Monitor system performance to support capacity planning and disaster recovery.
• Mentor and train junior team members, providing leadership in technical areas.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Active Top Secret Clearance SCI & Enrolled in CE program.
• Active Full Scope Polygraph.
• 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator.
• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional environments, including collaboration with executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Active certifications in Cloud, INFOSEC, or related fields.
• Experience with Virtualization technologies (e.g., AHV, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with VDI infrastructure, system monitoring, and security best practices.
• Experience documenting Confluence and tracking tasks in Jira
