Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for end-user computing issues across devices, applications, and networks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows OS, device drivers, printers, scanners, and local file services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change implementation via ITSM platforms.
• Support Active Directory operations and GPO enforcement for endpoint control.
• Perform patching and OS updates through Microsoft Intune and monitor device compliance.
• Assist with AVD access issues, RDS sessions, and device remoting tools.
• Maintain endpoint antivirus and encryption policies as per compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and update knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or MD-100 certification preferred.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for endpoint devices and Windows OS.
