Senior Staff Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our engineering team focused on powering core sales transaction services and platform capabilities.
In this critical role, you’ll architect and scale backend systems that support dynamic pricing, quote generation, order processing, and revenue-critical flows.
Design and build highly reliable, low-latency Java-based services for sales transactions
Own end-to-end development of APIs, data flows, and integration points
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
Ensure system scalability, performance, and fault tolerance
Lead design reviews and mentor engineers across teams
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of backend development experience
Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot, microservices) and distributed systems
Experience with sales platforms, CPQ, or quote-to-cash flows
Solid understanding of data modeling, API design, and transaction processing
Proven ability to operate as a tech lead or staff-level contributor
