Senior SQL Lead

Key Responsibilities
Perform impact assessments, data discovery, and data lineage analysis
Conduct business & technical data analysis for Banking & Financial data domains
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data structures
Define problems, manage conflicts, and communicate solutions to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale data transformations

What We’re Looking For
16+ years of overall experience with 8-12 years in SQL development (Microsoft environment)
Strong expertise in database architecture, data warehousing, and query optimization
Exposure to banking/financial markets (Balance sheet management is a plus)
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with SSIS packages for data integration
Ready to work as an individual contributor (developer/programmer)

Nice-to-Have
Experience in Financial Services (loans, interest rates, balance sheet applications, etc.)
